The lights around this intersection are moving ENTIRELY too slow. I counted 5 minutes between a red light and a green light just today!

My suggestion is that the intervals between the timing at this intersection (and surrounding intersections) be moved forward so traffic wont congest as badly. (REALLY, it is HORRIBLE!)
