I would love to see a mural as part of the construction of the new Martin Luther King, Jr Memorial Bridge. It would be a huge boon for Denton and for the urban art community that already thrives here, but it would also fit the theme of the bridge while bringing the beloved atmosphere of older Denton to the Loop area. Others have suggested art competitions or contests and I think that would work very well for this idea, and I think this would also be a great opportunity for the Southeast Denton Community Association to sponsor a great improvement to the city.
