I volunteer with a non-profit bike shop in Denton and know of many other organizations such as Scrap that would love to have little festivals with music and art but the process seems a bit daunting for some. Perhaps a simplified application process online to obtain the permits and permissions required to play music outside in Denton would be a good start!
