I'd like to see performances and artwork from the citizens of Denton displayed and performed in our community parks and public spaces. Perhaps participating neighborhoods can invite their residents to come out and perform or display their art in their community park on a weekend when the weather is nice in the spring or fall. Neighborhoods might plan it so that, say, every Saturday in the month or so leading up to Jazzfest there's a different community art festival that expresses the talents and flair of each neighborhood that participates.
