We are putting poisons on the lawn and walk them in the house. Animals and children play in them. The idea is to partner with homeowner associations who sit on their duff and collect money do the marketing of the program. Others without an HOA can be sourced through the utilities department. You can also just tell people, if money doesn't drive you, to not purchase non-biodegradable, non-phosphate and other toxic chemical cleaners for the house. Children breath this stuff if they don't drink it. That part will take giving up attachment to what retailers have not a care about and only care about making money for the corporation. This will force them to offer more earth friendly products.
