All night long the trains along Mingo Road and beyond blow their whistles at decibel levels that would embarrass a fire truck. Except they're honking at ... no one. Let's take the steps our neighboring communities have taken to turn off the ear-shattering train whistles honking at no one. It is an obnoxious blight on an otherwise very pleasant place to live.
