Every road crossing in this town, especially across major streets (like Carroll, University and Bell) needs to have 1.)brightly painted cross walks, 2.)a sign that tells the car where to stop (so they do not park on the cross walk) and 3.)appropriate light timing and pedestrian crossing times that would allow even the slowest person, which are our most vulnerable users (our children and the disabled) to cross safely.
