Many of the ideas are great regarding topics. However, I rarely know these sessions are going on until it is too late. I have either scheduled something else or it happened in the past. If these sessions were available in the traditional face to face as well as on-demand in various formats then people could access them in a manner that works for them. Also, the key to training is skill adoption. It might be worth while to host a web page with resources on a number of environmental topics. It could even contain special interest forums on topics such as rain water collection or organic gardening or any othe the other great topics people have listed here. Individuals could share insights on their experiences. It also improves our connection to our community.
