We are offering another class on Home Energy Efficiency on March 28, 2013 for those that are interested in attending. We know this is a popular subject and wanted to give more people a chance to learn about it, and ask questions. The workshop will be held at the Denton Civic Center and will go from 6:30-7:30 pm. We live in an old home, built in 1965, and many of our friend's homes were built between 1915-1945. Our homes are pretty wasteful when it comes to energy, but adding solar panels and other options are too pricey. It would be nice if the city offered a free class on how to reduce energy costs and make older homes more energy efficient without spending a ton of money!
