Host a fair with free admission to promote "The Denton Plan". YOu would have a public place and forum and acces to an open audience.
Have a few attractions, local vendors, fundraiser volunteers in attendance.
People tend to flock to shows or events that are free to attend as long as entertaiment is provided and there is something guarenteed to keep the general publics interest.
All it takes is organization and proper planning.
