There are so many (usually) empty parking lots on East Oak between Bell and the square. I'm not sure who currently owns them, but it might be a good idea to contact the owners to see if we could set up some sort of a food truck park (Ft. Worth currently has a few - fwfoodpark.com/). It'd be easily accessible from a location where there are plenty of people already on foot (the square), wouldn't take away parking from an area already in need and it would bring more foot traffic in an area that could arguably use some. Thoughts?
